Dominikus - the owner of the restaurant

I first came working at the Höchsterhütte - Rifugio Canziani when I was fifteen; I was a simple seasonal worker. I've been working here since then, as in 1988 I became myself the new owner of the restaurant...

:) indeed, in more than thirty years my passion for this job has always motivated me to do my best, and follow new goals.


Since the beginning of this adventure, Rodolfo has been my right arm for whatever matter :)
